Facilities using Quikstor Cloud and Infinity keypads can open a gate momentarily, hold it open, close the gate, or even send a specific keycode to test it all from the comfort of your home! No matter wherever you are, Cloud follows you.
Facilities interested in upgrading their keypads to our Infinity line should contact their sales rep directly or by emailing sales@quikstor.com!
Select Cloud Gate from the top menu to access the Cloud Gate Dashboard.
The first page you see will have your available keypads listed. If you notice something is wrong, please email us at cloud_support@quikstor.com!
On this page, select the appropriate command on the appropriate keypad.
The commands are as follows:
- Close Gate – Sends a command to the keypad to close the gate.
- Open Gate Momentarily – Sends a command to the keypad to open the gate. This usually follows the settings configured on your gate motor.
- Hold Gate Open – Sends a command to the keypad to hold the gate open. Use the Close Gate command to close it.
- Execute Keycode – Brings up a screen where you can enter a keycode. Cloud transmits this code to the gate as if the tenant were keying in themselves.
