Software Cancellations
If you are cancelling your monthly software subscription, a separate form is required so that we can ensure that the delicate process of shutting off credit cards is handled on the appropriate date as well as discussing what data access you need and for how long.
This form can be emailed to your account representative or attached to a support ticket using the Submit a Request button at the top of this page.
