For cold weather climates we do offer heater strips that are triggered before outside temperatures reach freezing. Having this installed as an auxiliary device will prevent the keypad keys from getting frozen in place.
Installation:
- You will need 3M double sided tape to cover the right side of the alphanumeric keypad over the PRINTEC area
- Place a small dab of silicone on the bottom right hand screw to provide support for the strip
- Notice the support provided by the silicone
- Adhere strip to keypad area shown
- Connect terminal block to "heater terminal"
Enabling the heater in QuikStor Control Panel for Infinity Keypads
- Go to "configurations" in the QuikStor Control Panel and select "climate"
- under "climate" use the drop down menu and select heater
- hit "save at" the bottom
