DVR Viewer Installation Instructions

1. Head over to this link <https://ganzsecurity.com/library?pageno=48>
2. On your keyboard press (CTRL + F). Enter H.264/MPEG4. Download the one with Software listed as shown in this snippet:
   

3. Run the software following the software installation instructions. Once the software has been installed, look for the two icons on your desktop (icon might look different):

   

4. Open the Remote Agent Software. This is what the screen will look like when you have opened up the software (UI might look different):
   

5. Click on the wrench icon:
   

   

6. Right-click on Site, then Add Group
   
   

7. Input a group name:

   

8. Add in DVR info. You will need the following:

   • DVR Name( Can be anything you want to name the DVR)
   • IP Address
   • Port
   • User Name
   • Password
     
     

9. On the DVR Selection menu, use the drop-down to add however many cameras the DVR has, then click Add. Then click OK to finish.

   

10. Click on the drop-down menu and click on the DVR you want to view:

    

11. Here is an example of what you might see if you successfully connect to the DVR.
