Some facilities prefer their tenants paid to date be set to the first of the month. When negotiating a rental a manager may decide to give the tenant a free pro-rate. This is easily done with the click of two buttons!
Complete all fields as you normal would. From the rent payment window click the Free Stuff
Then click the Free Pro-Rate button.
The system will tell you the dollar value of the pro-rate and you will see the tenants paid to date move to the 1st. You can now complete your move-in as normal.
