- Navigate to Custom Pages by clicking Configuration > Website Editor > Custom Pages.
- Click the Add Custom Page button.
- The Custom Page window will appear. Enter a name that describes what the page is about in the Name field, and select Text Only from the Page Type dropdown menu.
NOTE: the is Active box will be automatically checked. Leave this box checked.
Click the Save button. -
To open the text editing interface, click on the + button next to the Text Content section that now appears in the Custom Page window.
- Enter whatever text you want to display on the webpage into the text editor, then format it to your liking using the buttons in the gray ribbon at the top of the text editor.
Here's an example of some text in the text editor:
The text shown above has been organized using Titles, Headings, and bulleted lists. - When you're done editing the text, click the Save button. This will refresh the window, and now show a blank text editor interface. You'll notice that the Language dropdown is now set to Spanish.
If you have a Spanish translation of the text that you just saved, enter it into the text field and make any adjustments you'd like, just as you did in Step 5. Click the Save button once done.
Don't worry about the text you originally edited and saved. It's already been stored in the system, listed with a number under the Translation section: - When you're done adding and editing the text and translations, click the bottom-most Save button to save the custom page.
The page that you just created now appears in the list of Custom Pages:
To link your new Custom Page to the main menu of your website, contact QuikStor Support.
Once you've completed your custom page, it still needs to be linked to your website's menu so that visitors to your website can easily find it. QuikStor Tech Support will complete this part of the process for you; just send an email to cloud_support@quikstor.com to let us know you'd like a custom page linked to the menu. Please be sure to include the following information:
- Name of the Custom Page (as it appears in the Custom Pages list)
